Absolutely love their Moo Shu Pork Comes with thin pancakes and a hoisin-style sauce that ties it all together. The pork is tender, and the veggies are perfectly sautéed — not overcooked or soggy. It’s a fun dish to assemble yourself and definitely stands out from your usual takeout options.
Tried the Pan-Fried Wontons and Chicken with Mixed Vegetables — both were excellent. The wontons had a crisp edge with a soft center and came with a light, tasty sauce. The chicken dish was colorful and fresh, with a nice crunch from the veggies. You can tell they care about presentation and freshness.
Their Roast Pork Egg Foo Young is something I’ll definitely order again. The patties were fluffy and packed with meat and veggies, and the brown gravy was delicious — not overly salty like some places make it. Comes with rice, and you definitely get a full plates worth.
Ordered the Crispy Orange Chicken and it was incredible — not too sweet, not too tart, and the texture of the chicken was perfect. No soggy bites here. Also had the Hot & Sour Soup and it had just the right kick. Great consistency and tons of tofu and mushrooms inside.
We tried the Seafood Delight and it was loaded with shrimp, scallops, and crab meat. Everything tasted fresh and the white garlic sauce had a delicate, balanced flavor. You can tell they don’t skimp on ingredients. Definitely one of the better seafood options I’ve had from a Chinese takeout spot.
The General Tso’s Chicken from Gourmet Chef is exactly what youd hope for — crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated in that sweet-spicy glaze that makes you want to lick the container clean. I paired it with Vegetable Fried Rice and couldn’t believe how generous the portions were. Easily fed two people.
